Times are hard...

As a writer there are times when writing becomes less of a joy and more of a struggle. This seems especially true for me at the moment, whilst trying to juggle work, a novel for teenagers and setting up my own business as a Freelance Journalist, I'm finding little or no time to simply write for me. With writing being a huge part of who I am, I always feel at a loss when I can't fill a notebook with things that excite me and inspire me to do more. Commissions are slow too and I'm finding that I still have a lot to learn about the world of Journalism. I know who I am and where I want to be, it's just the getting there that might take a little bit more patience and belief in myself as a writer.
